President Muhammadu Buhari is currently meeting with
Adams Oshiomhole, the former national chairman of the All
Progressives Congress (APC) at the State House in Abuja.
According to The Nation, Oshiomhole was on Monday,
August 17, seen with Professor Ibrahim Gambari, the
president’s chief of staff dressed in his traditional khaki suit
heading towards Buhari’s office.
Details of the meeting are not known yet at the time of filing
this report. However, it may be connected with the alleged
plot to return Oshiomhole as the national chairman of the
Muhammadu Buhari and former national chairman
of the APC Adams Oshiomhole.
It would be recalled that a chieftain of the party, Salihu
Lukman, accused Oshiomhole of hatching fresh plots to
return as the chairman.

Meanwhile, omsews reported that the deputy governor of Edo
state, Comrade Philip Shaibu, said he fell out with
Oshiomhole because he refused to do the bidding of the
former APC national chairman.
